It’s time to start moving! Whether it is planned activity, natural activity or creative play, everyone’s body is different and unique. Therefore, we will find out your capabilities and your limitations and then create an exercise program customized just for you. You will be encouraged to follow through on your goals and then be held accountable for doing them. Then your counselor will re-evaluate, challenge you a bit, or switch it up.
No matter what your physical condition, we will work with what you’ve got and show you that you have everything you need to get the job done, without having to pay for fancy equipment, trainers or gyms.
By becoming more active you will start feeling more energetic, healthy, and confident. Your body will start to become more effective in helping you reach your weight loss goals.
