Healthy Express Weight Loss & Management Center is unique because of their “hands on” behavior modification program.  You will learn new and exciting things each and every week, along with an assignment to implement into your lifestyle. This assignment will be discussed the following week and a new one given. It would do no good to pass out papers that collect dust….you need to put what you learn into ACTION!!

 

With dedication and your Healthy Express counselor right there by your side, from beginning to end, you will reach your healthy weight goal and have the tools, knowledge, and habits in place to keep it off FOREVER!
